Expression of Interest
As Supported Playgroup is a new initiative at St Raphael's, we would like to gauge the interest of families in our community before its commencement. If you are interested in attending this playgroup with your child in 2021, or you know someone who might be interested in attending this playgroup with their child, it would be appreciated if you could complete the survey below. At this stage, we aim to have our Supported Playgroup up and running in Term 2, 2021.
At this stage, we would ask for a nominal voluntary donation for attendance.
