Class of 2023 Boston's Future Leaders Nomination Form

The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce invites you to nominate an individual you identify as a promising leader for our Boston's Future Leaders 2023 cohort.

Boston’s long-term success depends on the preparedness of the next generation of leaders.

Our Boston’s Future Leaders (BFL) Program provides emerging leaders with a socially-conscious and civically-engaged leadership toolkit and the opportunity to apply their learnings through experiential assignments. Participants graduate with the skills, experiences, and connections they need to lead Boston and our region into the future.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES ARE:

- Employed at a Chamber member company
- High performers - the future leaders of your organization
- Committed to contributing to the long-term success of the region
- Dedicated to full participation in the program, including submitting tuition payment of $5,500
- Diverse in perspective, experience, or background

Selection Process

Nominations will be accepted November 29 - January 27 for candidates who meet the criteria above.
Nominees will receive an online application, due January 27.
A selection committee will review the application to ensure a well rounded cohort and let candidates know of decisions by early February.
