– Parking Attendant (monitoring handicap spots, troubleshooting parking issues, direct guests where to park)

– VIP Tent/Table Set-Up (set up signage, food, beverages, paper supplies; monitor for additional supplies needed)

– Kids Corner (set up craft and supplies, explain and oversee craft activity)

– Registration – seated role – (check-in guests, collect donations, pass out wristbands)
8:00 – 10:30 a.m.
– T-Shirt Runner (delivers t-shirts to registration volunteers)
8:00 – 10:30 a.m.
– Incentives Table (distribute incentive gifts to guests)
8:15 – 10:30 a.m.
– Food and Beverage Set-Up (set up food and beverages, monitor tables to ensure that items are replenished and area is tidy)
9:00 – 10:15 a.m.
– Field Usher – Metro Detroit Only – (moving guests from the back of the field to the front)
9:30 – 12:00 p.m.
– Route Monitor (monitors walkers on route, distributes water, calls for assistance)
11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
– Clean Up (tents, tables, chairs, collect signage, load vehicles)
