Howdy!
Welcome to the Brazos County Health Department's Community Survey in cooperation with The Big Event!
We appreciate your time dedicated to this project, so we have designed this survey to take approximately 5 minutes.
Please answer the following questions as complete and accurate as you are able.
The information gathered in this survey will be used to better identify our community's knowledge, opinions, and concerns regarding vectors such as mosquitoes. All responses are anonymous. We want to be able to use this information in order to address potential mosquito problem sites in the community, and create education materials for the public.
