* 12. Please complete the following Acknowledgment section regarding payment of your contract. A minimum 50% deposit of exhibit space must accompany this contract for reservation, and for exact space to be assigned. If you are filling this out online, you may call the office to put down your deposit via credit payment or ACH, or you can email ltuttle@astastrings.org to be invoiced for your deposit. All balances must be paid in full by Feb. 1, 2022, or space will be forfeited.

* 13. Exhibit Booth Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations of allowable exhibit contract items must be made in writing and received by the ASTA national office no later than December 31, 2021. Any cancellation made after this date obligates the exhibitor to make full payment of all contracted items. All cancellations made prior to the cancellation deadline incur a 10% cancellation processing fee of the total contracted amount. Cancellations made within the accepted time frame will receive a refund of the money paid minus the cancellation processing fee. Any refund due will be issued and mailed within 30 days of the close of the conference. All cancelled items revert back to show management for resale.

* 14. Hyatt Regency Atlanta Policy:
Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by Hyatt (HYATT REGENCY ATLANTA), its owners or managers which result from any act or omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, Hyatt (HYATT REGENCY ATLANTA), its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor’s use of the property. Exhibitor’s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of the Exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the Hotel or any part thereof.
