Hello!
Welcome to the place where you can submit your ideas for sessions at our 2018 conference in New York City, February 23 - 25, 2018 - our fortieth anniversary! We're seeking programming that explores the world of culinary communications including sessions on food writing, cookbook publishing, blogging, recipe development, marketing, branding, and culinary instruction. We're also interested in content that focuses on the intersection of food and technology: mastering food photography and styling, video editing, website upkeep, etc. Sessions on the future of food, from trend forecasting to emerging cooking techniques, are also welcome.
Before you begin, be sure you're very clear about the value your proposed event will deliver to our members. Why this topic now? Are these speakers the best-qualified experts? Will they be good presenters?
As an honorarium, speakers will receive complimentary conference registration. IACP will not cover other fees or expenses, such as travel expenses.
Please use this form to submit your proposals, as it helps us keep track of the many submissions we're likely to receive. Proposals submitted via email may not be processed.
Submissions are due July 15th, 2017.
