Welcome to the 2026 Employment Relations Board Customer Satisfaction Survey!
The legislature has directed the Employment Relations Board to conduct a customer satisfaction survey every two years. We will use the information we gather to assess our performance and, where necessary, make changes that will help us better serve the needs of the labor-management community and the public. In addition, the legislature will consider the survey results as a factor in its funding decisions for the 2027-29 biennium.
