The ERC survey for the survivors' community |
Dear Reader,
The ERC 2025 Guidelines 'System Saving Lives' group, on behalf of the European Resuscitation Council, is conducting a web-based survey aimed at all European organisations for cardiac arrest survivors.
As a recognised member of a cardiac arrest survivors' organisation, your insights are invaluable to us. Our goal is to enhance our global understanding of these organisations' structure, activities, and perceived needs and efficacy.
We kindly request your participation in answering the following questions. Please note that this is not a personal survey. If you do not have the required information, feel free to consult with other members of your organisation.
This survey is specifically designed for organisations that focus on cardiac arrest survivors, regardless of their other activities. If your organisation does not fit this description, please respond "no" to the first question, and the questionnaire will conclude.
Depending on the amount of information you possess, this survey will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Kindly complete this survey by 31st October.
By completing and returning this survey, you acknowledge that the data provided will be reported in aggregate form in a scientific publication. Rest assured that no personal data is collected, only structural data from representatives of cardiac arrest survivors' organisations across Europe will be included.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your valuable input.
Best regards,
The System Saving Lives Writing Group on behalf of the European Resuscitation Council
