If Yellow Springs developed a food hub, it could include a commercial kitchen, local food aggregation and delivery services, dry and cold storage space, food truck commissary services, education space, and resources for entrepreneurs.  This is a survey designed to help us understand the needs and interests of local farmers, businesses, consumers, and entrepreneurs.
