2015 CNSL Parent Survey

Thank you for a great season! Please help us make next season even better by providing us with some feedback.

You will be asked to comment on areas such as All City, League Operations, team experience, volunteering, and coaching staff performances.

Positions are listed next to each coach in the survey. We ask that you please review the differences between the three coaching positions before commenting on their performances.

Head Coach: Leader of the team responsible for the overall safety and integrity of practice. Responsible for creating a lineup and working with Team Managers to communicate with parents. A mentor to assistant coaches & coaches in training.

Assistant Coach: Assists head coach in planning practices and making lineups. Able to lead their own group at practice early in the season. Shows initiative and can make decisions with confidence by the end of the season.

Coach in Training (CIT): Takes direction from head coach and assistants. This is a position where a lot of growth is expected--coach should become more proficient and capable of independent work as the season progresses. This coach is responsible for working with the younger 2 practice groups but is not hired to coach the oldest practice group. Also participates in planning team activities with other coaching staff.
