Here at Choice One Community Credit Union, you’re more than just a member, you’re part of our family. Last year, hundreds of you shared feedback that helped guide our improvements. As we look ahead, your voice continues to be incredibly important to us.
We’d be grateful if you could take about 8–12 minutes to share your experiences and ideas. Your honest feedback will help us improve products, services, technology, and how we support our community.
As a thank you, complete the survey by August 7, 2026, and you'll be entered into our prize drawing.* We'll draw five winners: one Grand Prize winner receives a $250 Visa® gift card, and four additional winners each receive a $50 gift certificate to a local Luzerne County business.
