Erasmus + Project for Assessment and Support of Key Skills/Competences (PASS)

The present survey was developed as part of the Erasmus+ project “PASS” (ref. number 2022-1-SK01-KA220-VET-000088988).
The project aims at providing a methodology and guidance for a detailed assessment of needed Key Competences in view of the current and future digital and green transition, as well as defining an assessment model to constantly allow their monitoring and progress. According to the Recommendation of the Council of the European Union adopted in May 2018, Key Competences are a mix of knowledge, skills and attitudes; often they are the transversal type of skills that are broader in their application, transferrable as well as sometimes less identifiable.

The objective of the survey is to gather further data on which Key Competences are and will be most needed in the future, in order to better understand their usage, assessment and further development. The survey mainly focuses on soft skills/competences, and it addresses both general key competences as well as those that are specifically required for the automotive sector given the specific purpose of the PASS project.
