3C-REN (Tri-County Regional Energy Network) is a partnership between the Counties of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura that delivers energy-saving programs and industry trainings that help reduce energy use, strengthen local job markets, and support efforts to achieve climate goals. 3C-REN is preparing a new 8-year business plan to guide its portfolio of energy efficiency programs from 2028-2035. As part of this process, the project team is looking for input from key community stakeholders through virtual listening sessions and a survey. The focus will be on enhancing existing services and identifying challenges, barriers, and opportunities that you and your organization are facing related to energy efficiency.
