We invite you to take part in our Service Satisfaction Survey.

As a member and an owner of Provincial Credit Union, there are several ways you can help improve your credit union. Telling us honestly how you feel about our services is one very important way.

We invite you help us better understand your needs and improve our service to you by participating in the satisfaction survey from February 18th to March 22nd.

Participation is completely voluntary and all personal information collected will be kept confidential and will not be sold, rented, loaned or used for sales solicitation. Your survey responses will be combined with all others by the survey tool. We will only see your responses in aggregate form. Responses will not be personally identifiable in any way. 

The survey should take roughly 15 minutes and respondents are able to go back into the survey to change answers and fill in questions not responded to until they hit the 'submit' button. Once the survey is submitted, answers cannot be changed or altered in any way.

Through participating you could win an Apple iPad!

In appreciation for your time and contribution for fully completing the survey, your name will be entered into a random draw to win one of two Apple iPads valued at $450.00 each(Please Note: In order to be eligible to win, you must be a member of the Credit Union and legal age of majority in the province in which you reside. The legal age of majority in Prince Edward Island is 18. Please contact the Credit Union for a full copy of the Contest Terms and Conditions).

Information for the draw will be collected and maintained separately from your survey responses.

The survey will close on March 22, 2019.
