Overhead or Administrative Cost

The purpose of this survey is to assess American public opinion on College Administrative cost. Any expenses paid to labor, services or goods that have no direct relationship with class room activities or student learning fall into this category. For example, the college president salary and other members of her or his cabinet.

* 1. Recent studies show that US colleges, on average spent about 40% of its operating expenses on administrative cost. I think this number is too low.

* 2. I think a college president salary does not need to be capped at a certain amount.

* 3. For-profit colleges create more trouble than good to the American Public.
