TIPS FOR BOOSTING YOUR APPLICATION

To strengthen your application, consider the following
  • Showcase Your Comprehensive Approach: Highlight the work you've done in 2025 that demonstrates your partnership with Lyra, but also include broader mental health and wellness programming that may extend beyond Lyra. This shows a holistic commitment to employee well-being.
  • Emphasize Unique Program Aspects: Clearly articulate what makes your program unique or innovative within your organization or industry.
  • Quantify Your Impact with Specific Examples: When applicable, provide metrics and concrete examples to demonstrate the team's or leader's positive impact on workforce mental health.
  • Demonstrate Employee Engagement: Share how you've actively engaged employees in mental health initiatives and how those efforts have resonated. This could include participation rates, feedback, or success stories.
  • Highlight Long-Term Vision: Briefly describe your organization's ongoing commitment to and future plans for mental health and wellness in the workplace. This shows sustained dedication.
