BPG design team Question Title * 1. Design Team Members - Subcommittee group that I would like to work with (choose up to 3) locations – Initial scouting will be done by Gennie and Heather. Tasks for the group include scheduling of workshop space and communicating with contact people of each location. catering / food – securing food for each provided meal time. Finding ways to make sure that there is enough and a system that provides for quick meal lines. Also, snacks. housing – securing hotel accommodations and scheduling “Episcopal bnb” (local residents serving as hosts to those coming in) workshops – reviewing workshop proposals, choosing the final line-up and creating the schedule vendors / swag bags – arranging for vendors and swag bag items and finding volunteers to assemble the swag bags sponsorships – finding money to off-set the costs of this event.
