E ha'amana ma ma'atou. We invite you to join Huraiti Mana at any experience level. If you're looking for a chance to learn Polynesian dances, an opportunity to perform or compete professionally, a welcoming community, or all of the above, join us today and learn more through Huraiti Mana.

Please fill out the information below to register for Huraiti Mana combined 'Ori Tahiti (Tahitian) & Hula dance classes for 2020. All are welcome ages 5+. First class is free! January 2020 the entire month is free for all new to Huraiti Mana! Give yourselves time to learn our exercise routines and get to know our community.}

* 5. Liability Release

^{In consideration for my attendance and participation in physical fitness training offered by Huraiti Mana; I, the student/guardian, acknowledge the existence of certain inherent training risks and hereby agree to release and discharge Huraiti Mana on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative, and estate as follows:}

^{I further relieve Huraiti Mana, its management, assigned staff, and fellow students from any liability resulting form loss, whether personal belongings or bodily injury.}

^{I also hereby state that myself, or my child, is physically fit to take the prescribed course of instruction and do so of my own free will in exchange for an agreed upon fee.}

^{I understand that there is no refund policy on any monies I will pay Huraiti Mana.}

^{I certify that I have read, understand, and comply to agree with all of the rules and regulations of Huraiti Mana.}

^{By signing this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Huraiti Mana on the basis of any claim which I have released herein.}

I agree that Huraiti Mana may use such Photographs, as described above, with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, such as Publicity, Illustration, advertising, and web content.}
