North Central Texas Area Agency on Aging Needs Assessment Survey

The North Central Texas Area Agency is preparing its Area Plan for Fiscal Years 2027-2029, and that Plan must explain how it will respond to the needs of older adults and family caregivers who live in Collin, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, and Wise Counties. Please help us identify the most critical needs.

If you have questions about this survey or would like to discuss older adults' and caregivers' needs in greater detail, contact Doni Green at dgreen@nctcog.org or 817-695-9193.
