Use this form to request either a group tour of our facilities (Holland Energy Park Plant Floor or Visitor Center, Water Reclamation Facility, or Water Treatment Plant) OR to request a field trip for students.
Group Tours of Facilities
Tours of our plants (Holland Energy Park, Water Reclamation Facility, and Water Treatment Plant) are limited to up to 12 participants maximum, ages 12+. Closed toe shoes are required to be worn for these tours. Plant floor tours are not ADA accessible and will require participants to stand, bend, or climb for long periods of time. Participants with certain health conditions may also have limited access to plant floor tours.
Holland Energy Park Visitor Center
Visits to the HEP Visitor Center require a minimum of 10 participants. The Visitor Center is ADA accessible with activities available for all age groups. For individuals wishing to visit, we will hold special events through the year where our Visitor Center will be open to the public. To request a non-school group visit to the Visitor Center, please select "Facility Tour" for Question 5.
