HTA survey on brain donation Welcome to the HTA's survey on brain donation In January 2014, having been made aware of difficulties in meeting the wishes of donors who wanted to donate their brains for use in research, the HTA worked with the MRC UK Brain Bank Network to produce a guidance document on brain and spinal cord donation for use in research. The document was designed to inform hospitals across the NHS about how they can support brain and spinal cord donation for research. We are now inviting you to participate in a short survey, the results of which will help us determine whether more can be done to ensure that those who wish to donate are able to and that, as far as possible, barriers to donation are removed. We would be grateful if you would take the time to complete the survey, the deadline for which is Friday 2nd October. We will report back the results, and any further work planned by the HTA as a result, in our e-newsletter. You can sign up to our newsletter here. Please ensure that you submit your response by 5pm on Friday 2 October 2015.Instructions for completing this surveyIf you wish to return to a previous page of the survey, please do not use your browser's navigation buttons.
