Temple B'rith Shalom

As the rate of vaccinations increase, the Board of Directors is discussing the when and how the Temple can be re-opened for live services and other programs. Covid remains a threat, and there are some members who have decided not to be vaccinated. Additionally, being in a confined space and singing are considered high-risk activities by the CDC. Please know that services will continue to be broadcast on Zoom after the Temple reopens for as long as there is a need to do so.

To help the Board assess the feelings of our members and the potential risks of re-opening, we ask each member to complete this questionnaire. All responses are confidential except for aggregate results, which we will share with you to help guide your individual decisions.
