North End Housing/Neighborhood Quality Survey

Greetings! The North End Neighborhood Planning Council is currently in the process of identifying potential barriers and strategies to obtaining affordable housing. The organization is conducting this survey as part of an outreach strategy that will be included in upcoming amendments to the housing component of the North End District 6 Plan. North End cannot achieve this vision without your help and input, and would kindly consider if you would take a few minutes to fill out this short survey.

If you have any questions regarding this survey, feel free to contact us at dist6ed@dist6pc.org or 651-488-4485.

In appreciation of completing this survey, your name will be submitted into a drawing for a homeownership/financial budgeting workshop hosted by NeighborWorks Home Partners!
