Anna Freud is working with Croydon Council to co-produce a health needs assessment, to describe the public health and wellbeing needs of children and young people. This includes those attending educational institutions in the borough or living there, aged 0-19 and up to 25 for young people with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND). The primary focus will be on the areas targeted by the early years and school-aged years high impact areas described within the
Healthy Child Programme guidance, to best inform the decisions and service planning for Croydon’s integrated 0-19/Public Health Nursing (PHN) service.
This survey has been designed to capture the views of the diverse range of professionals that work with babies, children and young people. This is so we can develop meaningful and pragmatic recommendations as part of our assessment.
We do not ask for any identifying information in this survey and no responses can be directly attributed to any individual. We appreciate your honesty, and we are grateful for your support with this valuable work.
Please answer as many questions as you can, but feel free to skip any questions you don't feel you know the answer to.
