FY2021 NOFA Pre-application Survey
The NOFO Pre-application survey is designed for renewal projects that would like to apply for Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) funding in the 2021 FY HUD CoC competition. Project staff must complete the following information and submit to the CoC by the deadline. Your project will not be eligible to apply in the FY2021 competition if you do not submit this form by the deadline.
Please complete the proposed project overview and review each of the following ranking categories, marking those questions that apply to your project. Deadline to submit this survey is August 30, 2021. Complete one application for each renewal project.
