Intuition Wellness Online Workshop Survey

Question Title

1. Free Meditation Breaks- 10-15 minutes/Free.
Guided meditations for busy parents or young adults. Meditation experience is not necessary. May include breath-focused meditation, somatic (body-focused) meditation, art, movement, or writing, depending on interest.

2. Expressive Writing Workshop - 1 hour/$10. 1.5 hours/$15.
Express yourself through writing using open-ended writing prompts. Read your writing out loud to the group. Come and be heard!

3. Writing With Your Other Hand - 1 hour/$10. 1.5 hours/$15.
Learn an expressive writing technique that helps take the power away from your inner critic or other parts of yourself that are stuck and causing distress.

4. Improvisational Movement - 30 minutes/$5.
Let your body move freely to music. Develop awareness of your breath and body as you release emotional/physical tension and find ease and joy.

5. Creative Time - 45 min. to 1 hour/$10.
Use whatever you have at home to get crafty & creative and boost your mood in the process! You may choose to share your creations with the group.

6. Authentic Movement Workshop - 1 hour/$10. 1.5 hours/$15.
Authentic Movement is a type of moving meditation done with closed eyes in the presence of a compassionate witness. Listen to how your body wants to move and follow its lead. You will have the opportunity to process and share your experience.

7. How to Form & Maintain a Daily Creative or Meditation Practice - $30
1.5 hour workshop + Daily email support for a week + 1 hour follow-up
Learn and apply the behavioral principles on forming habits. Create a daily practice that you can maintain and that brings you joy.

8. Ongoing, weekly or monthly classes in expressive art, writing, or movement
Sign up for a recurring class or series; cancel your subscription at any time.
