Program Description:
The WQA Leadership Initiative brings together rising leaders in the industry and current WQA Board members.
The program aims to forge relationships, broaden perspectives, and develop advanced leadership skills to continue strengthening engagement in the water treatment industry.

WQA Nominating Committee is looking for mentees who:
  • Are an active WQA member
  • Demonstrate a desire to engage with the broader water treatment industry, learn from others, and elevate to leadership roles at WQA
  • Bring an open mind and willingness to engage in the program

Program Time Commitment:
There is a virtual group orientation in January, afterwards the program continues to meet virtually every other month for one-hour, February-August, and ends with an in-person meet-up at the WQA Mid-Year Leadership Conference.
