The Village of Sienna Oaks has a contested Village Representative (Village Rep/VR) election - meaning, there are more candidates than open positions in 2025. This ballot is for the Village of Sienna Oaks. There are no paper ballots for this election, all votes are electronic. There are three (3) open VR positions within Sienna Oaks.
  • Please vote for only three (3) candidates. If you inadvertently vote for both candidates, your vote will be considered invalid by the Election Committee.
  • Only one (1) vote per property address is allowed; if more than one ballot is submitted per property, the last ballot submitted will be tallied.
  • Election period runs through November 4. Results will be announced at the Combined Sienna Community Association and Sienna Residential Association Annual Meeting on November 11.

Warren Bott:
- To be a voice for my family and community.

Mr. Bott has lived in Sienna 1 year. He is not a current Association volunteer and has not served previously. He has attended 2 Board meetings in the last 2 years. He has not attended an Annual Meeting in the last 2 years.

Sid Chandwani - To be the voice of neighbors and connect good information among netizens.

Mr. Chandwani has lived in Sienna 3 years. He is not a current Association volunteer and has not served previously. He has attended 1 Board meeting in the past 2 years. He has not attended an Annual Meeting in the past 2 years.

Kendra Hayes - As a lifelong resident of Sugar Land, I’ve long admired the prestigious reputation that Sienna has built and maintained for decades. This community has consistently been recognized for its beauty, strong values, and commitment to excellence, making it one of the most sought-after places to live. As Sienna continues to grow and welcome new residents, it is more important that ever that this reputation be preserved. New members of the community should be both educated about Sienna’s standards and held accountable to uphold them, ensuring that the traditions, pride and high quality of life remain strong for generations.

Ms. Hayes has lived in Sienna 3 years. She is not a current Association volunteer and has not served previously. She has not attended a Board meeting in the last 2 years. She has not attended an Annual Meeting in the last 2 years.

Kevin Kress - I hope to be able to represent my neighborhood section that is beneficial to the homeowners and ensure that all voices are heard and every concern addressed. Many of the homes back here are going up for sale or rent, which is concerning to homeowners, and I hope to be able to maintain Sienna standards.

Mr. Kress has lived in Sienna 8 years. He is not a current Association Volunteer and has not served previously. He has not attended a Board meeting in the last 2 years. He has not attended an Annual Meeting in the last 2 years.

Cristina Leahy - I want to make sure Sienna Oaks is represented in our community. Currently, we have no representation.

Ms. Leahy has lived in Sienna for 3 years. She is not a current Association volunteer and has not served previously. She has not attended a Board meeting in the last 2 years. She has not attended an Annual Meeting in the last 2 years.

Amos Miles - I would like to serve on the board for our community because I believe in the importance of having strong, engaged leadership that ensures our neighborhood continues to be a safe, welcoming, and thriving place to live. I bring both professional experience and a collaborative mindset that I believe would add value to the board. I have also served on the HOA board in my previous neighborhood.

Kimberly Shoaf
- I am interested in becoming a Village Representative to help strengthen the connection between residents and the HOA board. I want to ensure our community’s needs and concerns are heard and addressed, while also fostering a positive and collaborative environment. By serving, I hope to contribute to maintaining the high quality of life in Sienna, encourage engagement among neighbors, and support initiatives that make our village an even better place to live.

Ms. Shoaf has lived in Sienna 3 years. She is not a current Association volunteer and has not served previously. She has attended 3 Board meetings in the last 2 years. She has attended 2 Annual Meetings in the last 2 years.

Albein Thomas - I am interested in becoming a village representative because I believe true leadership begins with service. Our community deserves a voice that listens, acts, and puts people first. I want to ensure every resident feels heard and that decisions are made with fairness, transparency, and accountability. My goal is to strengthen connections between neighbors, address concerns directly, and create opportunities that improve our shared quality of life. Serving in this role is not about position – it’s about responsibility, and I am committed to serving with integrity and dedication.
