Purpose of Survey
The purpose of this survey is to assess the needs of our community of guard and reservists, active duty military, veterans, and their family members. A group of diverse citizens, community leaders, and government agency representatives have come together to explore and prioritize resources for this community. The expected completion time is 3-4 minutes. Your participation is voluntary and your answers are anonymous.
