The goal of this survey is to understand the challenges and experiences our employees face and to gather their suggestions for improving our work culture at Raise. Only the People and Culture Team will see the survey responses. You can choose to include your name, giving us the option to reach out if we have clarifying questions, or you can keep your responses anonymous. By answering these questions and regularly providing your feedback, we aim to build a more supportive and dynamic workplace.
Advice Solicitation:
Not sure where to start or who to speak to? Please provide context on the problem or opportunity that's keeping you up at night below. The People and Culture Team will take your request and share it with a variety of selected individuals within the company, including business leaders, Teal coaches, and other voices, to collect their advice on how to address the issue. Advice will be anonymized where necessary. The collected advice will be compiled and posted publicly on Teams to foster shared learning—a remote water cooler, if you will.
