Results-First Leadership in Manatee County |
Results First Leadership is a powerful way to lead organizations to keep the focus on achievement.
Manatee Community Foundation, Manatee County Government and United Way Manatee will select ten individuals for this first edition of Results First Leadership in Manatee County, with priority given to persons who attended the December 7 workshop. This is professional development with the assumption that the key to Result First organizations is results first leaders! The program is limited to persons in a leadership role in organizations or in major programs or areas within them.
The program includes 3 two hour workshops held on business days from 9 to 11 am with application of tools developed between sessions. A final presentation in which participants demonstrate skills and attributes completes the program by mid-March. The cost to participate is $250.
