Understanding access to and use of health information by the allied health community

This survey has been developed by Allied Health Professions Australia (AHPA) to better understand the use and sharing of patient health information by allied health practitioners working in private practice and the potential use of My Health Record to facilitate this. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Please provide as much detail as you are able.
