“Connecting for Life” the new national suicide prevention strategy was launched in June 2015.
Each county in Ireland must now put together a plan for their own county and city area which is in line with the national strategy.
As part of the public consultation process for the Cork county plan we invite you to complete this survey telling us what
you think or if you are a service provider with a commitment in this area tell us who you are and what you do in terms of Prevention / Intervention or Postvention.
