PGDC Needs Your Help.  PGDC has entered into a contract with the Banff Centre.  If we are to have a fully virtual meeting and invoke Force Majeure with the Banff Centre, we need to document that at least 25% of our membership are unable to attend in-person due to employer travel restriction policies. Please complete the following survey by Wednesday, November 10th.

Question Title

* 1. Is your employer restricting staff travel which would prevent attendance at the in-person PGDC meeting in Banff from February 27, 2022 – March 3, 2022? (e.g., does your institution/employer have a policy preventing travel to Banff, Alberta?)

Question Title

* 2. Would you be willing to share a copy of your institution/employer’s travel policy?  If so, please email a copy to chair@pgdc.ca

Question Title

* 3. If your employer allows travel, are you planning to attend the in-person PGDC meeting at Banff?

Note: The Banff Centre has implemented an extensive set of measures adhering to current Alberta Health Service guidance and practices, and all Provincial and Federal orders currently in place. The Banff Centre reserves the right to implement additional requirements to ensure the health and safety of all staff and visitors. Banff Centre has opted into the Restriction Exemption Program (which currently requires showing proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID test result, and mandatory masking) so they are able to operate without restrictions.  The most recent Banff Centre COVID guidelines can be found at https://www.banffcentre.ca/covid-19-measures

Question Title

* 4. If you have any other comments, please provide them here.  Thank you.
