As part of OCHN’s search for our next Executive Director and CEO, all of our community partners are invited to contribute to this important effort. Please complete this survey to let us know what questions you would like our Board of Directors to use during the interview process. The most commonly submitted questions will be selected to be included in the group of questions presented to our interview candidates.
