The Florida Literacy Coalition established scholarships to the Florida Literacy Conference in honor of Kerri Masley, who passed away in October 2018 after battling pancreatic cancer. Kerri was Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Florida Blue and also served on FLC’s Board of Directors. She was a shining star with a big heart, an inspiring advocate for so many in need.

Scholarship applications for the Florida Literacy Conference are open to staff and volunteers who work at community-based literacy organizations in Florida. Preference will be given to active volunteer teachers and tutors.

If a program wishes to request 3 or more scholarships, please contact Nicole Caban at ncaban@floridaliteracy.org
