Welcome to the Chamber of Commerce Child Care Connections Employer Grant Survey
Thank you for participating in this survey.
The Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce (the “Chamber”) has received $600,000 in funding from the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) to create the Childcare Connections Employer Grant program. This program aims to help regional employers and families with childcare tuition reimbursement. You do not need to be a member of the Chamber to receive this funding.
The goal of this survey is to gather feedback from regional employers to understand the current childcare incentives offered and to help guide best practices for distributing the funds. The Chamber will provide funds to cover up to 30% of childcare costs for children under age 3, but only for childcare programs that are at Paths to QUALITY Level 3 or 4.
We will also host two webinars/seminars at "The Hub" Upstairs Conference Room to explain this opportunity in more detail:
Wednesday, October 30th, at 8:30 AM
Monday, November 4th, at 2:30 PM
Attendance is encouraged but not required to receive funding.
This survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
