(1) All neighbors who participate in RITI will be required to show proof of vaccination before being assigned to a host site;

(3) Volunteers will prepare meals off site and deliver to church rather than cooking together in the church kitchen;
(4) Small teams of volunteers will separately setup, prep, and serve the neighbors their meals but not eat with them to minimize close contact;
