Contractor Input for OPDS Future Contracting Model

As you know, OPDS is creating a new model for Public Defense contracting, and as the attorneys we support, we want your input.

 

Please use this survey to indicate your preferences and ideas for contracting with OPDS based on the Hourly and FTE Contracting models (and hybrid) that have been presented at PDSC meetings and in discussions with OPDS. Responses will be compiled and used to inform the development of the  new contracting model(s) going forward, in addition to some listening sessions being scheduled around the state with OPDS contracts staff and management in December.
