Collaborative Instruction Request Form

In addition to traditional f2f library sessions, faculty may request that a librarian be embedded in their uLearn or Union Online course(s) to facilitate the research process by helping students find, evaluate, and cite information.

To apply for f2f and online library support, complete and submit the following form. You may list all your courses on one form. Library personnel will confirm your request in a timely manner and work with you to maximize collaboration.
