Informed Consent
You are being asked to participate in a web-based survey to explore the relationship between political affiliations and personal and social responsibilities. The goal is to study the magnitude of the determinants of attitudes and political behaviors connecting the influence of the political parties as a group, and the decision-making process.
It should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. 
This research is in affiliation with Keiser University and has been certified by the Keiser University Institutional Review Board. If you have any questions or concerns regarding participants’ rights, please contact the IRB Chair at (954) 318-1620 or the principal investigator Patricia Oliveira-

Personal information such as your name, email address or IP address will not be collected, and your identity will remain anonymous, including in the reporting or publishing of outcomes from this research. The data collected will be stored both on an encrypted site and downloaded on a password-protected computer and flash drive. All computer equipment and data storage devices will remain locked in a secured setting.
Voluntary Participation
Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary. You may refuse to participate in this research.  Such refusal will not have any negative consequences for you. Some items may be sensitive in nature to you. If you begin to participate in the research, you may at any time, for any reason, discontinue your participation without any negative consequences.
