AMMA Survey: Guiding Principles for Future Workplace Regulation

Thank you for taking the time to complete AMMA’s survey Guiding Principles for Future Workplace Regulation.

Your responses and feedback will provide the evidence base for a 2018 AMMA future-focused thought leadership paper, advocating for a new approach to workplace relations policy in Australia.

This white paper will provide the foundation for workplace relations advocacy in the long-term, as well as guide AMMA’s campaigns leading into the next Federal Election.

Survey questions have been designed to gather a range of quantitative and qualitative data across the following categories:

1.    The need for a “future focused” debate.
2.    The impacts of technology.
3.    Demographics, composition and work attitudes.
4.    Competitive fundamentals for workplace relations.
5.    Foundations for a future workplace system.

The survey has been designed to be as efficient as possible.

Primarily, we will provide a statement and ask you to rank that statement from 1-5 depending on how strongly you agree or disagree with it. Multiple selection and open-ended questions are also used to a lesser degree.
