Input on Data Quality

The purpose of this survey is to better understand any issues, concerns, and areas of confusion present in the HMIS experience.

Your input is extremely valuable in this effort!

The survey is being conducted by the Data Quality Workgroup – led by volunteer members of the Maricopa Continuum of Care.

This workgroup recognizes that both coordinated care AND good reporting require the highest data quality possible. The HMIS is the gateway for both data entry and retrieval, but THE KEY IS DATA ENTRY. Our continuum of care heavily relies on our extremely hard-working case managers, outreach workers, and administrators.

After identifying issues, concerns, and areas of confusion in the HMIS Experience, we can proceed to identifying solutions. We thank you very much for your time!
