1. Develop and apply perioperative mitigation strategies for airway hyper-responsiveness in at-risk children undergoing adenotonsillectomy.
2. Define what is opioid-free anesthesia and list evidence-based non-opioid nalgesic options for pain management in pediatric adenotonsillectomy.
3. Describe pediatric anesthetic considerations for airway management, optimal blood component utilization and use of hemostatic adjuncts including tranexamic acid and fibrinogen concentrate for post-tonsillectomy hemorrhage.
