The high intensity interval training (HIIT) walking workshop aims to benefit mental, social, and physical health regardless of fitness experience. Participants will leave with new techniques and challenges to implement in their own walking workouts.
We'll meet October 23rd from 11am-12pm on the field behind the Strom Thurmond Fitness Center (near the fieldhouse - we'll be walking the sidewalk surrounding the field). In the case of rain, we'll meet in the Fitness Center Rotunda and do the workshop indoors.
