In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, many primary mental health services are now offering counselling sessions by telehealth - that is either using phone or video conferencing technologies to provide services to clients.

We are interested in understanding the experience of our commissioned services in utilising telehealth so far and what supports mental health practitioners need to operate using a telehealth modality.
