  • Media/Commercial Passes passes are for working media only.
  • Passes are not transferrable.
  • The number of passes allocated are at the discretion of the CEO of Equestrian Queensland. The CEO reserves the right to revoke any Media Pass in the event of misuse.
  • It is the Media Officers responsibility to coordinate with the Organising Committee for each event they wish to attend.
  • The Media Officer must provide the EQ Office with copies of their new Blue Card/Working with Children card, as they are updated, as your Media Pass expiry will align with your Blue Card/Working with Children card expiry.
  • Or a copy of your current Police Check (for Interstate Applicants -valid for 3 months), must be supplied whenever attending Queensland events.

* 7. You must accept & acknowledge the below Equestrian Queensland Media/Photographer Release of Liability.

a) all legal and equitable rights of action against the Branch and Equestrian Australia, including in each instance its officials, volunteers, medical personnel, members, employees, sponsors, promoters, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises on which Activities are held, underwriters, consultants and coaches (Associates), in regard to any claim arising from Activities, whatsoever or howsoever arising.

b) I fully release and hold harmless the Branch and Equestrian Australia and each of its directors, officers, employees and agents (Associates), for all and any loss, damages, injury, claim or death whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in relation to the Activities and my participation in Equestrian Sports.

I intend this RELEASE OF LIABILITY to be interpreted as broadly as permissible by law.

REMINDER - You are required to provide the EQ Office with six (6) high-resolution images or reels from any EA event at which you are engaged as the photographer or videographer. These must be submitted within ten (10) working days of the conclusion of each event. Please send all files or links to galleries to admin@equestrianqld.com.au

Terms and Conditions:
By completing and submitting the application form for accreditation as a Media and/or Commercial Photographer you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, and to ensure that all photographs taken as a result the grant of the Media/Commercial Photographers pass will be used strictly for the legitimate editorial or commercial purposes of the organisation for which they are accredited.
