Guernsey Chamber Discrimination Proposals Survey

This important survey will take very little of your time.

The proposed Discrimination Proposals are a complex set of planned legislation which have taken the EsC Committee three years to create. There has been no impact assessment or business consultation and the nine-week feedback period has been run partly through the summer holidays. Chamber, IoD, and Cgi are calling for an extension to the consultation period and a Business Impact Assessment
