What is the HOME Network?
The HOME Network is a national initiative that brings together healthcare professionals in the field of home dialysis to identify and address the barriers that currently inhibit optimal utilisation of home dialysis in Australia. The group is solution-focussed and draws on all levels of evidence to support its activities. It aims to provide insights and practical options for colleagues throughout Australia to facilitate a positive change towards increased use of home dialysis.
