Introduction

During the 2017-2018 academic year, you participated in one or multiple Association of Colleges of Sisters of St. Joseph's (ACSSJ) "community of practice" zoom meetings. ACSSJ invites your feedback on these meetings.

Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential. Responses will not be identified by individual. All responses will be compiled together and analyzed as a group.  Your feedback will inform future zoom meetings and ACSSJ's work.

The survey will take 5-7 minutes to complete. Upon the completion of the survey, respondents are invited to enter a drawing to win one of multiple $5 Starbucks gift cards. An ACSSJ intern will be compiling the data. Your name will not be attached to the survey answers. In order to be eligible for the gift card drawing, your response must be submitted by June 15, 2018.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Martha Malinski, Executive Director at acssj1@gmail.com.
